Our Experience

BB Sales Development is built on a diverse and complementary career spanning education, sales, and coaching.

Starting as a qualified secondary school teacher, we bring over four years of experience designing and delivering structured learning programmes. This foundation developed a deep understanding of how people learn, how to adapt to different learning styles, and how to maximise engagement and development for every individual.

Following this, over 25 years were spent in FMCG sales, covering Field Sales, National Accounts and leadership roles. This includes hands-on experience in:

  • Field sales territory management, regional team leadership and team management

  • Managing key national customers and commercial relationships

  • Leading and developing sales channels

  • Coaching individuals to progress into senior sales roles

This real-world experience means we understand the pressures, challenges, and expectations your teams face every day, and we design training that reflects that reality.

Alongside this, over 20 years as a qualified sports coach has further shaped our approach. Coaching individuals from beginner to international level has reinforced the importance of adaptability, motivation, and performance-focused development. It’s this combination of teaching, selling, and coaching that underpins everything we do.
